Please note that all the treatments are to help relaxation and increase the general sense of health and well being, they do not substitute medical treatment. The therapist does not diagnose illness, disease or any other physical or mental condition.

As an experienced Holistic Therapist, I believe in nurturing rather than battling against the body. I work with you to restore your balance and find your center. I use various methods to both align and keep your body and spirit in balance.
Zen Meditation Class

(per class/up to 3 people)
In this class you will learn 3 important techniques for meditating properly, deeply and safely (basic posture, breathing and meditation techniques that are based on 'Shikan' , which is handed down by a Japanese Buddhist Monk Kokei Amamiya.
Benefits of practising Zen meditation
1. Helps you to release judgement and biases and improve decision-making.
2. Helps you to ease and heal negative emotions and painful memories such as trauma.
3. Can positively influence the immune system and helps to prevent illness and to overcome addiction.

瞑想する時に重要となるアーサナ（坐法）、呼吸法も含め丁寧に指導させて頂きますので瞑想が初めての方でも大丈夫です。

２．トラウマ、心の傷を癒す
苦しみや悲しみ、過去の嫌な記憶などを修正します。

The treatment involves massage to the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face and scalp, with the client remaining seated in an upright position.
